Registration Setup

The following pages will illustrate setup considerations for Registration for Washington State reporting.

Building Setup Considerations

  • Building Numbers must not be longer than 4 characters long because the State has a limitation of 4 characters for the Location ID field
  • Create a dummy building of 9999 to use if a student is receiving services in a different district. This building should be set up with the Transfer Building checkbox checked. This building should also have 9999 in the State Equivalency Code field. This building will also be used for entering grades from other districts on a student's transcript.
