Mark Reporting Setup Considerations

  • Transfer Building for courses taken in other districts must have a State Code Equiv of 9999
  • GPA that is being reported to the State must have three (3) decimal places

Course Setup

 

    • WA Course Information page (Scheduling > Courses > Course Sections > WA Course Information) must be updated to set Course Designation checkboxes appropriately. The courses must also have a value on this page in the Content Area field.

GPA Setup

    • Make sure that the Grades List to Issue Credit and Marks to Use in GPA Calculation include 7th and 8th grade
    • Make sure that the Building Types to Issue Credit field only contains the High School building type
