June 2021 Minor Maintenance Release

Removed two validation rules that are no longer valid for Element U12 (Reason for IEP Developed After Third Birthday) for the Initial Evaluation and Eligibility Timelines (U) download as per January 2021 CEDARS update.

1. If a student is age 2 or greater on or before Element U11 – Date of Initial IEP Meeting, U12 data is required.
2. If Element U11 is less than or equal to Element B09 – Birth Date, U12 must be NULL.
