ESP-54688	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The CEDARS download has been updated to verify that the Reason for IEP (ReasonIEPDevelopedAfter3) must be blank if the date of Initial IEP Meeting (DateInitialIEPMeeting) is not blank and is on or before the student’s third birthday. This fix is applicable only to ESP_20.4.23.0.
ESP-49121	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The Create CEDARS Download/Extract utility has been updated for Student Non-Traditional Credit Attempt (T) download with the WA October changes for School Year 2020-2021. This fix is applicable only to ESP_20.4.23.0.
ESP-49107	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The CEDARS January 2021 business rules have been updated for the School Days to Complete Initial Evaluation field as: May not be null Must be zero or greater Must be less than or equal to 180 This fix is applicable only to ESP_20.4.23.0.
ESP-48963	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The Non-Public Agency field in the WA Special Education page has been updated to allow any date range for processing and avoid the “Non-Public Agency is required when LRE Code is 11” error during the WA CEDARS Special Education Programs download.
ESP-48439	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The Student Schedule (E) download has been optimized to improve performance.
ESP-44470	Create CEDARS Download/Extract	The WA Building Information page has been updated to exclude the required building type courses from processing into the Student Grade History (H) download by setting the Grad Hist Bld Type Exclusions field with the building types to be excluded. This fix is applicable only to ESP_20.4.23.0.
ESP-53497	WA Course Information	The Course Level field in the WA Course Information district-defined page accepts blank default value. Previously, the default value was N, which resulted in errors during the CEDARS file download. This fix is applicable only to ESP_20.4.23.0.
ESP-48932	Transcript Summary	The Print Student Transcript Summary now prints the REPORT PERIOD AND CUMULATIVE SUMMARY details with the GPA column clearly visible.
