For submissions other than the EIMS submission, students must have a valid State Testing Identifier field on the Personal page.

You must enter at least one Race for a student. In Virginia, you have an additional field to indicate the VA Race Code. This State Race Code will be calculated based on the entries you make in the Race field or on the Multiple Race page that you get when you click the More button. Users will see this field during New Student Entry.
