November 2022 Major Maintenance Release

Updated processing for the Date of Entry into US Schools to default to Null in the download unless the immigrant status flag or SLIFE status flag is active for the student. This defaulting to Null will happen even if there is a value in eSchoolPlus for the US Enrollment Date (which is the source field for the Date of Entry into US Schools).

Added warning messages for the following validations (as mentioned by the VDOE in the SRC Specifications document) in relation to the PK Funding Source Code values:

• Must be a valid state-assigned code.
• The Grade Code must be PK.
• When the PK Experience Code is 3, the PK Funding Source Code cannot be 1, 7, 8, or 10.
• If PK Funding Source Code is 3 or 14, the Non-public Student FTE cannot be 10 or 25.
• If PK Funding Source Code = 14, the Primary Disability Code is required.

Added Credit Accommodation Codes with the descriptions.
