VA Student Status, Registration, Student Record Collection (SRC), and Programs (MOP)

Added 'SLIFE' on the ESL Program page and download table with correction of values for the MOLAP field.

Address1 and Address2 fields in the download table will have validation on the Registration page. If mailing address has PO Box in any format, the physical address will be retrieved in the download table. If the physical address also contains PO Box in any format, the address from the reg_district will be retrieved. Accordingly, the postal code also will be updated.

Student Record Collection (SRC) and VA Student Status

Added the VA Virtual Program Status linked field to Virtual Program in the VA Student Status district-defined page.

Updated the SRC download to process records based on the Virtual Program and extract the same. The first US Entry Date is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY in the extract.

VA SBAR Collection and Validation Tables

Added VA SBAR Fields district-defined page as per the VA 2021-2022 SBAR Submission Discipline Action requirement.

Added five fields (Behavior Offense Code, Behavior Intervention Code, Instructional Support, Alt Placement Ed. Agency, and Alternate Placement School) to the VA SBAR Fields district-defined page.

Added validation table for VA Behavior Intervention Codes with valid values.

Added validation table for VA Instructional Support Codes with valid values.

This is applicable only for the ESP_21.4.15.0 version.
