June 2023 Minor Maintenance Release

Updated processing to exclude students who are enrolled in the VA Serving District Program (SRVDS) with a value of 600. This is in accordance with the recent VDOE update which asks divisions to no longer report MSC data for students served in a VDOE-licensed private school for Special Education placement.

An error message: “Student record is not included in the MSC Student (F) record as the Serving Division cannot be 600 when the Reporting Division is an LEA or a regional center” will also be generated during download processing to make users aware of this exclusion.
