ESP-75644	Student Record Collection (SRC)	Updated the processing when there is a change in the Alternate Serving Building of a student. If there are two or more records in the Entry/Withdrawal page in the same school year, the most recent record on the Entry/Withdrawal page of that particular school year will be compared with the alternate serving building program start and end dates. If the compared dates are matching, the Entry and withdrawal codes for SRC download will be taken from the most recent entry of that school year on the Entry/Withdrawal page, If the compared dates are not matching, W201 will be used as the withdrawal code for the inactive record and R201 as the entry code for the active code.
