SBAR Collection (C Record)

The Student Behavior and Administrative Response (SBAR) Collection report is updated as per VDOE requirements for 2021-22:

• Removed the Authorization Code for Other Explanation data element from C Record, this will be populated as a filler now.

• Added the "Notified of Charges Filed" and "Notified of Conviction" checkboxes to the Incident Detail page under the Offender details. These elements will also be reported in the SBAR Collection in C Record.

• Added a warning message to be displayed in the Error Log if behavior code is BESO18 and if the value of Location is not 7 and Time of Event is not 3.

SBAR Collection

Updated the Buildings to use State Code Equivalent values for download records B and C. The offender's building value is retrieved from the entry withdrawal as of the date of the incident, where the enrolled building is in download record C. The location of event is retrieved from the location value in download record B.

Updated the Alternate Agency field to populate blank values instead of 000 and Behavior Code field to populate State Code Equivalent values.
