April 2022 Major Maintenance Release

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-71413	SBAR Collection	Updated process to consider behavior code under the action level for both SBAR Student Behavior (C) and SBAR Admin Response (D) records.
ESP-71217	SBAR Collection - Admin Response	Updated the Days Sanctioned data element from Integer to Decimal in the VA SBAR Admin Response report. The acceptable values in the SBAR Report are: .25, .50, .75, and 1 through 365. If the value entered in the Actual Duration field (menu path: Interventions → Office → Incident Detail → Offender Details → Actions → Dates) is other than acceptable values, then a warning message: Action Duration value is not valid is written in the log file.
ESP-69025	Master Schedule Collection (MSC)	Updated the Master Schedule Collection (MSC) Report to process all download records to extract based on the download types selected in prompts.
