This view captures the available class period meeting times reflected in the scheduling configurations for each school as published in the ClassPeriod resource within the Education Organization category. The layout provides the School Name, Period Name, and Period Number, Last Publish Date, Publishing ID, and Resource ID.

Selection Criteria

Class periods are published from section scheduling and from attendance scheduling
Published from section scheduling when:

sp.school_year is current year
building is not transfer building, not out-of-district
period is scheduled - corresponding record found in SCHD_TIMETABLE
Attendance elements included if corresponding ATT_PERIOD record found - ap.period_value = sp.code
includes meetingTime array and cycles

Published from attendance scheduling when:

ap.school_year is current year
building is not transfer building, not out-of-district
record does not correspond to SCHD_PERIOD record
single meetingTime, no cycles

Resource Output

A single record is published for each unique class period at each school based on the year for the Term selected in the PowerSchool UI.
The classPeriods resource is dependent on the prior publishing of Ed-Fi resources: schools.
LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the Ed- Fi ODS in real time or on-demand (“Run Now” button).

Selection Criteria

Graduation plans are published from REGTB_REQ_GROUP and MR_GRAD_REQ_DET for each school year where:

rg.grad_or_supp = 'G'
at least one student exists who is in grades 7 - 12 for the current year
the student's ra.graduate_requirement_group = grd.req_group or grd.req_group = 'MS'
A default 'MS' graduation plan is published if 'MS' is not otherwise published and:
the district has students in grades 7-12
at least one student in the grade has a non-null graduation year
