The Special Education Language Acquisition (SELA) submission is updated for the Student and Student Special Ed Program Association downloads to include students under age 9.

ESP-59816

TEDS Extract

Added day types 03 (Closed COVID-19 - TEA Approved) and 04 (Closed COVID-19 - Not Approved) to the Registration - Day Types validation table.
Modified the TEDS Extract to pull State Code Equiv 03 and 04 from day types and extract that as the School Day Event Codes if it is 03 or 04 in the Calendar Date extension for the Summer Submission.

TSDS Extract and Hearing Amplification

Hearing Amplification Access and Average Daily Use are updated to remove empty tags in the TSDS Extract.
Average Daily Use is updated to only report when Hearing Amplification Access is Partial Day.

The Inconsistent Code of Conduct Indicator field is added and updated to:

  • Student Download Summary and Download Search under Record Type: TX_425 - Discipline (425).

EOC Requirements Setup

When copying an EOC Requirement Setup page with an Excluded Test Score that has non-numeric values in the comma-delimited list, the page is updated to continue without an error message and save.

The Eligible Days and Excess Contact Hours are updated throughout the report to include the Remote Synchronous (RS) and Remote Asynchronous (RA) days.

The Staff Type (c181) validation table is updated according to the TWEDS table:

  • Code 2 - Contracted Professional Staff (Instructional and Non-Instructional with ROLE-ID in C021 code table) is made inactive.

  • Code 3 - Contracted Professional Staff (Instructional and Non-Instructional with ROLE-ID in C021 code table) is added.

The building-level security is updated for user access to view Student EOC Requirements HB5 data for any student only in the assigned default building.
