June 2021 Major Maintenance Release

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-60620	District/Campus Summary	Added a line item to the main part of the report for students in the Gifted program.
ESP-60590	District/Campus Summary	Added checkbox for the Create Grade Level Totals Worksheet field to create an additional XLSX worksheet having Campus grids with an additional Totals column. The grids will be in the order they appear on the Campus and District reports.
ESP-60226	TSDS Download	Updated the Residential Facility (RF) Tracker Submission to resolve the timeout error on the student residential facility download.
ESP-60114	TREx Export	Modified the TREx marks to print the transcript value from the corresponding levels table instead of the raw mark value.
ESP-59812	Attendance Contact Hours	Updated Days Present Eligible to not have membership days higher than days taught when a student with full membership in a reporting period changes criteria for E1651 records having the same value.
ESP-54491	Student Summary	Updated TREx Export to check for Grade specific configurations in the GPA By Year validation table. The validation table is updated to allow entry of grade level and also to allow deletion/edit of records.
