July 2022 Minor Maintenance Release

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-75615	Course/Staff/Student Download	Updated the Truancy download processing to increase the time allowed to run the delete SQL for truancy records.
ESP-75662	TEDS Extract	Updated the processing to exclude calendars with State Code Equiv value 99 from the Calendar Date and Reporting Period extensions.
ESP-75267	TEDS Extract	Updated the Calendar extract to include calendar days that are set to be non-membership and have a Waiver Type of 05 with zero Waiver Minutes.
ESP-75663	TSDS Download	To allow non-membership calendars to be reported for the Child Find submission, updated processing to include calendars with State Code Equiv value 99, even if they have membership value 0 and (or) default membership value 0 for the Calendar Date and Reporting Period extensions.
ESP-75532	TSDS Download	Updated the Student School Association (STUENROLL) download to create only one record per student per building. The student’s most recent grade in the building will be reported.
ESP-75839	TSDS Extract	Replaced the prior year's (2021) TSDS Extract processing with the current year's (2022) requirements.
ESP-75359	TSDS Extract	Removed Residential Facility indicator from the Student extension on the Student Parent interchange for the RF Tracker submission.
