February 2021 Minor Maintenance Release | PowerSchool eSchoolPlus SIS

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-47127	Attendance Contact Hours	The following concerns in the attendance calculation were corrected: The number of days taught was doubled for students attending LEP and Bilingual/ESL with more than one LEP vector in one reporting period. Students with an ADA of 4 or 5 were counted as eligible for RA or RS days when all days should have been ineligible, causing the percentages of days eligible to be incorrect.
ESP-47124	District/Campus Summary	E1651 is being split into its own G counts because of days being double-counted if a student has element codes of E1651 and E1042/E1043. E1042 and E1043 are still combined and counted under the new G1. E1651 is now counted under the new G2. The old G1, G2, G3 are now G#a, G#b, G#c, respectively.
ESP-46835	District/Campus Summary	The Vocational section of the District/Campus Summary report has been added to the revised report layout. The section is printed identically to how it is printed on the Legacy versions of the reports.
ESP-46853	Course/Staff/Student Download	The Student download has been updated to use the LEP state code equivalent value.
ESP-47210	Course/Staff/Student Download	The Student download has been updated to address a timeout issue when processing large numbers of Industrial Certification records.
ESP-47461	Course/Staff/Student Download	The Student download has been updated to address an issue for students getting blank LEP Indicator values.
