TAC & HAC Monitoring Report

Use this report to generate reports for tracking and storing login occurrences of users in HAC and TAC and assignment and score publishing events in TAC. The report is saved in CSV format.

Run TAC & HAC Monitoring Report

Select Administration > Utilities > Report > TAC & HAC Monitoring Report.
Specify the calculation options.
Click Run.
Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Fields

Prompts Panel

Field	Description
Mode	Indicates the mode to run the report. You can select a mode only if you have EVENTRPT and EVENTPURGE security. Select: Report - to generate a report. Users with EVENTRPT security can use Report mode. Purge - to delete records. Users with EVENTRPT and EVENTPURGE security resource can use Purge mode. If you select Purge mode, only the Prompts and Run panels display.
Start Date	Select the start date for the report to be generated for the selected event for Report mode. If you selected Purge mode, specify the start date for the records to be deleted for the selected event. The current date is the default start date.
End Date	Select the end date for the report to be generated for the selected event for Report mode. If you selected Purge mode, specify the end date for the records to be deleted for the selected event.
Events to Report	Select the type of event to generate a report in Report mode or delete records in Purge mode. Events are only tracked if enabled in the Auditing Panel of District Definition page.
Sort Panel	Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
