Success Plan Configuration Page

On this page:

Use this page to select the Student Success Plan information that displays in Teacher Access Center.

In Teacher Access Center, there are several ways that a teacher can display success plan information.

  • Interventions > SSP Interventions - Teachers can record progress for interventions for the students they are assigned to evaluate. Optionally, teachers may be able to view interventions for students who they have in a class, activity, or homeroom. You can allow teachers to add interventions from this page, as well.
  • Interventions > SSP Goals - Teachers can enter and update objectives for the success plan's student goals that they are assigned to manage. Optionally, teachers may be able to view interventions for students who they have in a class, activity, or homeroom. You can allow teachers to add and update goals from this page, as well.
  • Interventions > SSP Plans - You can allow teachers to add student success plans for students from the SSP Plan Detail page. Teachers can add manual reasons, if needed, or they can assign an existing manual reason to a plan. Teachers can also add student goals, parent goals, and interventions. Optionally, teachers may be able to view and update plans for students who they have in a class, activity, or homeroom.
Note that the SSP Plan Detail page displays manual SSP plan reasons. It does not display calculated reasons. For plans that are assigned a calculated reason, the reason will not display on the page.
  • Student Detail Drawer > Success Plan view - Teachers can view existing plans for students from the Student Detail drawer.

This configuration defines how those options will be used for the teachers and substitutes in the building.

Restrictions Section

To limit the types of reasons, plans, goals, and interventions that can be added by teachers from TAC, define rows in this section.

If no rows are defined and active, teachers will not be limited to specific codes for success plans.

If you need to limit the applicable values for any plan type, then you must define rows for all plan type that teachers can define. For example, if you have an Academic plan type for which you want to limit the available interventions and a Behavior plan type that has no limits, you must define rows for the Academic and Behavior plan types. For the Behavior plan type, you would select all codes the List of Interventions Allowed for Use with Plan Type interventions so there would be no limitation for that plan type.
