Use this page to add comments about the student. For example, you can enter a comment to indicate that the student received special honors. Comments that do not have the Exclude flag selected will print on the transcript if the Transcript View is set to include comments.
If the Student Search Page displays, search for the appropriate student, then click the student's name link.
Select the (Delete) checkbox for each record to delete.
Click Save.

Student Information Bar
The bar, which displays on all student pages just below the Home icon and Menu button, includes options to view the student's alerts, attachments, and notes and to email the student's teachers and guardians.

School Year
Year for which the comment applies. For example, if you want to enter a comment to indicate that the student was a member of the National Honor Society in the 2014 school year, select 2014.
Building
Building to which the comment applies.
Comment
Comment text for the student. Character/255
Exclude
Checked if this comment should not print on the transcript.
(Delete)
To delete a record, select the row's Delete checkbox, then click Save.
