Student Summary, Contacts, and Emergency

This release introduces the Relationship field for relationship codes of every contact to be displayed on the Student Summary, Contacts, and Emergency pages. The data from this field is retrieved to other pages to add a description of the relationship type between the contact and the student.

TAC Dynamic Link Menu

The dynamic links on TAC were not clickable because of extra space. The space between the District Link tab and the available links dropdown list has been removed to resolve the issue and click on the available links.

Upload/Download Definition and Run Upload

Resolved the Carriage Return (CR) issue because of differences in how line breaks were formatted in the uploaded files. The system has been updated to handle both types (LF/CRLF) of line breaks, ensuring smooth processing of files regardless of their formatting.

TAC - Attendance List

The behavior of the Attendance List page in TAC has been adjusted so the Attendance Code column is always displayed. In addition, the validation list is updated based on the selected Default Attendance Code values, and Alternate Code settings in the Attendance Building Configuration to address two primary issues:

1. It was possible for a teacher to save codes that they were not allowed to by the Attendance Building Configuration in certain scenarios. This is now validated to prevent this entry.

2. Due to the above change - If a district changes the alternate code settings, the save process could error. Without the Attendance Code column displaying, the page could not have a proper response indicating the reason for the failure.

TAC - Class Roster

Adding blank Date columns on the TAC - Class Roster page for scheduled courses will now consider alternate cycle days. Dates will be skipped if the course does not meet the alternate cycle timetable configuration.

Note that the Class Roster Reports already behaved this way, but the Class Roster page did not. This could result in the page displaying different dates than the reports.
