ESP-89674 | DCU | The District Configuration Utility (DCU) was expecting an ODBC driver to be installed and it would fail on an HAC server (or any server without ODBC installed). This has been resolved to handle no ODBC drivers being installed and will issue appropriate errors for conditions where they are required. |
