| ESP-89674 | DCU | The District Configuration Utility (DCU) was expecting an ODBC driver to be installed and it would fail on a HAC server (or any server without ODBC installed). This has been resolved to handle no ODBC drivers being installed and will issue appropriate errors for conditions where they are required. |
