PLUS360 API - API Profile

This release includes the addition of the Delta Filters checkbox to the API Profile page to shorten the sync time to get enrollment details.

• Any existing API Profiles will default to selected (Yes) - if you or your vendor are NOT using Delta Filters for this API, please deselect this for performance improvements.
• New records will default to deselected and will have to be selected if you want to include them.
• Added the API_CALLER_CFG.USE_DELTA_FILTER field to the table.

Modified the Attendance Error Scan so that when “Recalculate Absence Minutes” is selected, the Bottomline change stamp will only get updated if there is a change to the minutes value.

This was causing the Attendance Day Totals Calculation to process every record affected by the Error Scan when “From time last calculated” was selected, as it uses the Bottomline change stamp to determine which records to process. This resulted in longer than necessary run times for the Day Totals process.

This release includes the Attendance Detail page processing updates to use page defaults for student changes when using Quick Search.

After making changes to a prior date and using Quick Search to go to a different student's Attendance Detail page, the dates defaulted to the current day's date. 

Previously, extra URL parameters were added to the Attendance Detail page so the Save function can retain page prompts such as dates and bottom-line type after a student's attendance is adjusted.

The Course requests for students switching buildings next year were not working without turning on requests for the student’s current building. This has been resolved.

The Upload Type can now be edited in the File Upload section and will be updated for that row, rather than creating a new row with the new information.

The HAC Building Configuration page has been modified for the File Upload section to allow the user to drag/drop rows into the desired order in both the guardian and student sections.

The Upload Types field in the Upload Files page will be displayed in the same order as on the HAC Building Configuration page.

The marking period credit (mr_stu_mp) was not updated when overwriting credit at the course level. This has been resolved.

Depending on which options were being printed, the Student Schedules sometimes overlapped text when printing to a second page. This has been resolved.

There was a constraint viewing assignments for multiple sections that meet in the same period. This has been resolved.

Modified search results rendering so that if the row is being displayed for a specific building, a security check will be made for each list field against the required resource for that field and that building. If the user does not have at least Read access, the value will be displayed as blank.

Note that this is previously how the Student Search handled “Private” field security. This change makes this behavior apply to all search result pages.

Changed the Building dropdown field to allow a multi-select option for users to select one, several, or all buildings on the Upload File Approval page.
