Added options to allow multiple email addresses for students and contacts.

HAC Building Configuration

Updated the following to enable multiple contact email tracking. The new fields will be enabled, only if multiple email addresses are enabled in the District configuration.

• Added the Can View Addition Email and Can Update Additional Email fields on the HAC Building Configuration page.

• Added the Can View Addition Email check boxes for the Student Level and Guardian Level.

• Added the Can Update Additional Email dropdown with values N, S, and Y at the Guardian Level and as a checkbox at the Student Level.

HAC Building Configuration

Modified the Can Update Email field to dropdown with values Y, S and N for Guardian in the HAC building configuration screen.

• S - Self

• N - Neither

Student Summary and Emergency Page

The paper airplane icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of each contact card for both students and guardians if either students or guardians are checked to track additional email addresses on the District Definition page.

TAC Class Roster - Student Drawer

Additional email addresses will display for students and contacts on the Quick View and Contacts view of the Student Drawer in Teacher Access Center, if the district configuration is set to allow multiple email addresses.

esp API

Update for Additional Email Addresses for Student and Contacts. For PUT api calls, if AdditionalEmailAddresses is null or the field in not in the update, no changes will be made to this field. Note that an empty string ““ will delete the Additional Email Addresses.

Send Communications - Student Success

Success Plan Letters will include additional email addresses in a comma delimited list if the district configuration is set to allow multiple email addresses.

Send Communications - Medical

Medical Letters will include additional email addresses in a comma delimited list if the district configuration is set to allow multiple email addresses.

Send Communications - Behavior

Behavior Letters will include additional email addresses in a comma delimited list if the district configuration is set to allow multiple email addresses.

Send Communications - Attendance

Attendance Letters will include additional email addresses in a comma delimited list if the district configuration is set to allow multiple email addresses.

esp API

Update for Additional Email Addresses for Student and Contacts. AdditionalEmailAddresses will be included in the GET, POST, and PUT api calls.

Plus360 API Endpoints

Updated the Student, Contact, and Student Summary Endpoints to include functionality for an upcoming feature that to allow students and contacts to have multiple email addresses.

TAC Class Roster - Student Drawer

Emergency

Added additional email address in the Student Emergency contacts widget. The email icon will generate an email to all noted email addresses instead of only the primary email address.

Added additional email address in the Student Summary contacts widget. The email icon will generate an email to all noted email addresses instead of only the primary email address.

Student Search

Included Additional Email Address Options on the Advanced Search page.

Upload File Approval

In addition to the existing Primary email address, the Upload File Approval option is modified to generate an email to all Additional Email Addresses for the appropriate student or contact If configured for students and/or contacts in the District page.

eSP Student Banner Emails

In addition to the existing Primary Email Address, the Student Banner option to email Parents or Teachers and Parents was modified to generate an email to all Additional Email Addresses for contacts, If indicated to do so for contacts in the district configuration.

HAC - Email Alerts

In addition to the existing primary email address, each HAC email alert is modified to generate an email to all Additional Email Addresses for both students and contacts if indicated for students and/or contacts in the district configuration.

TAC - Email

In addition to the existing primary email address, the additional email addresses will be displayed for students and their contacts, so that Teachers can easily generate emails to all email addresses for each student and contact selected if indicated to do so for students and/or contacts in the district configuration.

HAC - Additional Email Address

In addition to the existing Primary Email for Students/Guardians, additional emails can now be maintained in HAC if enabled from the District Configuration and HAC Building Configuration pages for Students/Guardians.

Add New Student

Added the ability to add additional emails when enrolling a new student.

Contacts

On the Contacts page, additional emails can now be stored if enabled from the District Configuration page.

Addresses

On the Student Addresses page, additional emails can now be stored if enabled from the District Configuration page.
