eSchoolPlus 20.4.45.0 Release
Resolved Issues
The following issues were resolved in this release.
Reference Number | Page | Description |
---|---|---|
ESP-61859 | At Risk (Report Card Calculation) | Report Card At Risk Factors were not updating correctly because the risk reason was not cleared before re- running the calculation for the year or Report Card run and the student is no longer at risk. This has been resolved. |
ESP-61729 | District Defined (Summer School) | In summer school, the user was able to access the student, but was not able to access the district-defined page if the students home building was not in the security list. This has been resolved. |
ESP-70915 | Gradebook Entry (Student Competencies) | Student Competency assignments that did not have drop lowest fields attached to them resulted in an error when trying to add an assignment in Gradebook Entry. This has been resolved. |
ESP-71665 | HAC Course Requests | The HAC Course Requests page was generating excessive SQL Queries and connections, but not properly discarding them resulting in performance issue. This has been resolved. |
ESP-69545 | Report Card View Setup | The student’s rank from prior year was being included with no class size. When the Report Card View setup indicates to show rank, it will no longer include rank or class size if there is no current year GPA record. According to online help, the information should print for the prompted Report Card run, so when running for current year and there is no GPA Record, it will not print any rank or class size. |
ESP-64129 | Scheduler Error Scan | The Scheduler Error Scan report was not including student's requests for the summer school buildings. This has been resolved. |
ESP-64604 | Student Scheduler (Backup/Restore) | When using the Student Scheduler and performing a restore of a previous backup, the blockettes were missing from the block course. This has been resolved. |
ESP-69071 | TAC Building Configuration (Attendance Detail) | TAC Attendance Detail counts were not correct when summing by Term. This has been resolved. |
