Office/Teacher Attendance Verification Enhancements

• Added Grade and the Learning Location Type fields to select the records to verify.

• Modified to save the last used selection prompt values and the code and comment default values so they default the next time the user accesses the page.

• Modified the Student Attendance Detail icon tooltip to show both the office and teacher attendance values and the attendance sequences.

• Modified the Student Attendance Detail pop-up to show both the office and teacher attendance entered for each attendance period.

Quick Search Enhancement

Updated Quick Search functionality to return matching students with any status when searching by ID in the Quick Search field.

Note that when users are in a Summer School or Prior Year environment, the Quick Search uses Entry/Withdrawal to determine if students were ever active in the selected environment. As a result, only students who were active at some point in the selected environment are returned.

A footer is added to the Substitute Attendance Report sheet to display the descriptions of the location Icons used in the report.

Improved the logging related to learning locations in the Day Totals Calculation log. The better messaging warns if a building is not configured for learning location and/or if the learning location is not populated because (a) the student's learning location is not assigned to a location type in the calendar or (b) the student is not assigned a learning location in the Learning Location program.

When running for Report Mode of Half Page and Schedule Version of Student, the reports were not generating in exactly two halves of a page. Resolved this issue.

Resolved the following issues that were occurring when a new test was displayed:

• Default values did not display for dropdown Fields that had a default value.

• The page would save even though required fields were missing.

• If the user did not change the value for fields with default values, the values would save as blank.
