Use this page to display counts of students in a building who have received medical services during a specified date range. Available statistics may include exams, medication, reasons for visits, intervention/treatment, alerts, and disabilities.
For each building, the counts shown reflect services provided to students currently enrolled in the building or inactive students who were last active in the building.
Display medical summary counts
Select Medical > All > Office> Building Medical Summary.
Specify the building and date selections.
Click Load.
To display the counts for a building, click (Expand) on the building's panel.

Select the buildings and dates for the summary. Then click Load to display the counts.
Field

Building List
Select the buildings for which you want to view the medical summary counts.
Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click (asterisk) to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.
Date Range
Select:
This School Year - to display counts for all services provided from July 1 through June 30 of the school year. Other Dates - to specify the date range for which you want to display counts for all services. If you select this option, enter the start and end dates for the range you want to view.
Building Panel
A panel displays for each building. To display details for a building, click (Expand) on the building's panel.
Exams
The following fields display in the Dental, Growth, Hearing, Physical, Scoliosis, and Vision summary sections:

Grade
The student's grade on the exam date.
Procedure Count
The number of exams performed for students in the specified grade.
By Status
The procedure count grouped by status. Counts are provided by status for the Dental and Scoliosis exams.
Type
Code and description for the status.
Count
Number of records with the associated status.
By Location
The procedure count grouped by location, indicating where the procedure was performed.
Type
Code and description for the location.
Count
Number of records with the associated location.
Unduplicated Student Count
Number of unique students for each exam in the specified grade.
Referral Count
The total number of referrals for students in the specified grade.
Referral Detail
The referral count grouped by code.
Type
Code and description for the referral type.
Count
Number of records with the associated referral type.
Followup Count
The number of follow-up records for students in the specified grade level.
Followup Detail
The followup count grouped by code, indicating the follow-up action to be performed.

Code and description for the followup type.
Count
Number of records with the associated follow up type.

The number of doses of the medication dispensed to students.
