Building Discrepancy Page
Use this page to create a list of students whose enrollment building is different from their Building of Residence. Students are totaled and grouped based upon their override status: Needs Review, Locked, or No Override.
Run Building Discrepancy Report
- Select Registration > Entry & Reports > Reports > Building Discrepancy.
- Specify the report options.
- Click Run.
Fields
Prompts Panel
Field | Description |

Building List | Select the buildings to include in the report. |
Use Current/Next Building | Select buildings to be checked for discrepancies: Current Only – processes discrepancies between current enrollment building and the current Building of Residence. |
Include Overrides | Select which students with override status codes should display in the report. |
Include Inactive Students | Select if students with an Inactive status should be included in the report. |
Include Students with Invalid Addresses | Select whether students who have not been assigned to a Plan Area should be included in the report. |
Log Statistics | Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
