Build Master Schedule Page
Use this page to create the master schedule sections, based on your course setup records, conflict matrix, and meeting codes. The process generates a log report showing the results and any errors encountered.
Note
If you have locked any course-sections on eSchoolPlus's Master Schedule Course Information page or in Whiteboard, the Master Schedule Builder will anchor the sections in the selected meeting times and schedule all other sections around them. Locked course-sections will not be deleted, rescheduled, or re-numbered. New sections that are added will be numbered sequentially, skipping the numbers of the locked sections.
Run Build Master Schedule
- Make sure you are in the correct environment. Running Master Schedule Builder in the current year will replace the current year's Master Schedule.
- Select Scheduling > Courses > Master Schedule Builder > Build Master Schedule.
- Specify the processing options.
- Click Run.
- Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Interval | The scheduling interval of requests. The interval determines the requests and course setup records used to determine which master schedule records to build. |
Override Teacher Maximum | Checked if teacher restrictions on number of periods scheduled in a row and number of students scheduled can be ignored. |
