Test Score Setup

The following section covers Test Score setup related to Pennsylvania state reporting. The Keystone Exams District Student Data File provides a means to analyze academic performance data. These analyses can be used for academic planning, improving curriculum, and providing further educational help to students.

Menu path: From the Administration menu, choose Test Scores Setup, choose Setup, and then select Test Score Import Definition.

Keystone Best

These definitions load into the KEYSTONE_BEST test. These are used to display the student's best score information.

  • <YYYY>KBA – Keystone Best Score Algebra (KEYSTONE_A1.CSV)

  • <YYYY>KBB – Keystone Best Score Biology (KEYSTONE_BIO.CSV)

  • <YYYY>KBL – Keystone Best Score Literature (KEYSTONE_LIT.CSV)

Keystone Exams

These definitions load in the Keystone test. <YYYY> is the year.

  • <YYYY>KA1 – Keystone Exams Algebra 1 (KEYSTONE_A1.CSV)

  • <YYYY>KBI – Keystone Exams Biology (KEYSTONE_BIO.CSV)

  • <YYYY>KLI – Keystone Exams Literature (KEYSTONE_LIT.CSV)
