Setting Download Parameters

Your Download Type and Submission Period selections determine which Download Prompts you can access.

1. The Download Type selection District means it is a district-wide submission for the entered parameters and will allow the users to select only the downloads for School Calendar or Location Fact, as long as these options apply to the selected Submission Period.  You will not be able to use a filter when you select District.
2. The PDF log will include errors, warnings and informational messages, as before. The View Task Logs table will hold only warnings and errors.
3. The Enable All for Download Type button overrides the download restrictions for a Submission Period so that users can run download options that may have been run in previous years. It makes all Download Prompts available for the selected Download Type, regardless of Submission Period.
