PIMS Submission Process

This section of the documentation will review how to download the correct records, verify data in the download tables, create extract files to send to the State, as well as give mapping and file layout information for the files that are created to send to the State. These instructions apply to ALL PIMS downloads.

Prerequisites for PIMS Submission

1. Verify that all new students are entered into eSchoolPlus.
2. Verify that students are enrolled in the correct building.
3. Verify that students are enrolled in correct programs. 
4. Make sure that students have a Race other than Hispanic.  If a student is Hispanic, make sure that his/her Hispanic/Latino Ethnicity is set to Yes on the Personal page.
