Location Fact Detail Report
Regulatory > Pennsylvania > Reports > PA Location Fact Detail Report
The Location Fact download creates a set of records with counts of expulsions, suspensions and truant offense for the given reporting period. For information on offense codes, refer to the Discipline Incident Reporting Overview section. All students who meet the criteria will be included on the report grouped by building and incident type.
Location Fact Detail Report Page Prompts
Field | Description |

School Year | Select the school year. |
Building List | Choose All to run the report for all buildings in your district, or choose Selected to define a comma separated list of buildings you wish to include. |
Date Range | Enter the date range you want to include in the report |
Task/Report Name | Enter the name you wish to name the report. The default name is PA Location Fact Detail Report. |
Click Run to generate the report.
