Student Course Enrollment (Dual Credit Pass) and PIMS Dual Credit Course

Added the Dual Credit Pass field to the download and extract.

• Dual Credit Pass will be Y when (Student Course) Dual Credit Pass Override is selected, or the course is Dual Credit and the student’s earned credits are greater or equal to the attempted credits.

• Dual Credit Pass will be the 24^th^ position in the extract file. Positions 21, 22, and 23 have also been added as fillers.

PIMS Graduation Pathways

• Keystone Proficiency Panel:Added the “All Three Keystone Exam Scores are Proficient or above” Yes/No radio button. If all three Keystone Exam Scores are higher than 1500, Yes will be selected, otherwise, No will be selected. This is calculated and cannot be modified by the user.Added the “Student will retake one or more Keystone exams” Yes/No radio button. This is for user input, can select to modify and save.

• Keystone Composite Panel:Added the “Composite Score is 4452 or higher” Yes/No radio button. If the Composite Score is 4452 or higher, Yes will be selected, otherwise, No will be selected. This is calculated and cannot be modified by the user.Added the “No Score is Below Basic” Yes/No radio button. If none of the scores are below the BASIC minimum value, Yes will be selected, otherwise, No will be selected. This is calculated and cannot be modified by the user.Added the “At least one score is Proficient or Advanced” Yes/No radio button. If the score of a subject is above the proficiency level, Yes will be selected, otherwise, No will be selected. This is calculated and cannot be modified by the user.Added the “Student will retake one or more Keystone exams” Yes/No radio button. This is for user input, can select to modify and save.

Note that the “Student will retake one or more Keystone exams” options are independent of each other.
