Clearing Download Table Records for Deleted Data

If you download information to a PIMS Download table and subsequently delete the source data from eSchoolPlus, you will not be able to clear the download information with the Clear Existing Records prompt. In this case, you will need to select Clear ALL Records to remove the download table data.

For example, suppose the PIMS Student Programs download table has a record for a student's program enrollment that was subsequently deleted through Registration > Entry & Reports > Student Demographic > Programs. To remove the download table record, you can either access it through Regulatory > Pennsylvania > Summary > Student Download Search > Student Download Summary > select Record Type Programs > click Select Edit Mode and delete from there, or you can remove all records from the download table for the appropriate submission by running PIMS Download using the Submission Period, Programs download prompt, and Clear All selected.
