Administration > General Setup > District > District > Preferences panel
- Make sure that the State Equivalency Code for your district is entered in the Other section.
- In the Entry/Withdrawal section, the Student Withdrawal Rule for Oregon is set to F - First Day Student is not in School.
- To correctly report ADM to the State , the Entry/Withdrawal section's Membership Day Rule field should set to E – Required except for Rollover.
- Set the Rollover section's Withdrawal Date Rule to Use Last Day for Calendar.
Important: To support the Rollover Withdrawal Date Rule, make sure your building's Calendars are set up with an extra non-membership weekday after the final membership for the school year.
