District Definition Page

Administration > General Setup > District > District > Preferences panel

  • Make sure that the State Equivalency Code for your district is entered in the Other section.
  • In the Entry/Withdrawal section, the Student Withdrawal Rule for Oregon is set to F - First Day Student is not in School.
  • To correctly report ADM to the State , the Entry/Withdrawal section's Membership Day Rule field should set to E – Required except for Rollover.
  • Set the Rollover section's Withdrawal Date Rule to Use Last Day for Calendar. 

ImportantTo support the Rollover Withdrawal Date Rule, make sure your building's Calendars are set up with an extra non-membership weekday after the final membership for the school year.
