Incident/Offense Codes 

Offender Dispositions

Offender Action Maintenance (Interventions > All > Office > Incident Detail > Action panel).  You should have codes with a Y and N in the State Code Equiv column.

Offense Action Reasons

Used to indicate the reason for a difference between the offender's actual and scheduled action duration.  You should have values of 0, 1, or 2 in the State Code Equiv field for the ones that you want to submit to the State.

Offender Detail (Interventions > All > Office > Incident Detail > Offender panel: Police Action field). Used in the Discipline Submission. You must have a Police Action with a code of ARRE—this will then have a Yes in the Under Arrest field in the Discipline file.
