| ESP-68549 | OR Seal of Biliteracy | - Updated the two column (Dual Language and Transitional Bilingual) program fields in the OR Seal of Biliteracy page as not null and mandatory fields.
If the two program fields are blank, added a business rule to record a warning message: Fields cannot be blank, so defaulted to 'N' in the log file. - Updated the datatype for Assessment Composite Score column from Int to Varchar, to add characters and numbers with length 3 in the Assessment Composite Score field in the district-defined screen.
Removed the business rule to populate the warning message: Assessment Composite must be a number / Assessment Composite number must be between 3 and 12 in the log file. - Added a row in the Assessment Type validation table with code as 'AJA'.
