Class Roster Collection Error or Warning Messages

2	Error	No State ID for course XX, section XX, building XX, school year XX.	Check value in menu path: Administration, Mark Reporting Setup, Calculation Setup, Course Equivalency Definitions: State Course	This error occurs when the State Course is empty or blank.
3	Error	SSID is missing for student XX.	Check value in menu path: Registration, Entry & Reports, Registration, Personal: SSID	This error occurs when the SSID is missing.
4	Error	IUID not found for course XX, section XX, building XX, school year XX.	Check value in menu path: Scheduling, Courses, Course Sections, OR OPTE Information: IUID	This error occurs when the IUID is missing.
5	Error	Low Grade is greater than High Grade for the course for student XX.	Check values in menu path: Scheduling, Courses, District Courses, OR OPTE Information: High Grade Override menu path: Scheduling, Courses, District Courses, OR OPTE Information: Low Grade Override	This error occurs if High Grade Override is equals to KG and Low Grade Override greater than or equals to 01 and Low Grade Override is less than or equals to 12. or If Low Grade Override is not equals to KG and High Grade Override is not equals to KG and Low Grade Override is greater than High Grade Override. Note: If no values are selected for the fields High Grade Override and Low Grade Override then default value will be 00.
6	Error	Staff State ID is missing for Staff XX.	Check value in OR_USID_DOWNLOAD.ODE_ID menu path: Scheduling, Courses, Resources, Staff: Staff ID	This error occurs when the Staff ID is missing. Note: Staff ID will be fetched from OR_USID_DOWNLOAD.ODE_ID STAFF_STATE_ID. Make sure to run the USID Download Before running the Class Roster.
7	Error	Staff birth date is missing for Staff XX.	Check value in OR_USID_DOWNLOAD.BIRTHDATE menu path: Scheduling, Courses, Resources, Staff: Birthdate	This error occurs when the Birthdate is missing. Note: Staff ID will be fetched from OR_USID_DOWNLOAD.ODE_ID STAFF_STATE_ID. Make sure to run the USID Download Before running the Class Roster.
8	Warning	Staff Position Code is missing for Staff XX defaulting the code to 08.	Check value in menu path: Administration, Registration Setup, Building, Staff District Information, District Defined, OR Staff Information: POSITION CODE	This error occurs when the POSITION CODE is blank or empty
9	Error	Class Period Length is more than 20 for course XX, section XX, building XX, school year XX.	Check value in menu path: Scheduling, Courses, Course Sections, Master Schedule, Session Information: Period - End Period, Cycles, Marking Period Class Period: End Period + Marking Periods + Cycles	This error occurs when the Class Period Length is greater than 20.
10	Error	State Code Equivalent not found for district XXX	Check value in menu path: Administration, General Setup, District, District	This error occurs when there are no records found for the environment district Example: District 2057 If this district is not present in the application, then this error will show.
11	Error	State Code Equivalent missing for district	Check value in menu path: Administration, General Setup, District, District, Other: State Equivalency Code	This error occurs when the State Equivalency Code is missing for the district.
