Building Setup for Oregon State Reporting
There is a district-defined page that you may need to update and you must update the Building Definition page for successful Oregon State Reporting.
District Information Page
Administration > Registration Setup > Building District Defined > District Information
If all students in a building should be reported with a different Attending District value, enter the State Code, not the District Number in the District field. This is used in the SSID File.
Building Definition Page
Administration > Registration Setup > Building > Building Definition
You must make sure that buildings that you want to report to the State have a valid value in the State Equivalency Code field on the Preferences panel.
