August 2022 Major Maintenance Release

Updated the following in relation to the 2022-23 Core SSID changes released by the Oregon Department of Education.

• Added a Talented and Gifted Flag checkbox to the OR Talented and Gifted district-defined page.
• Added the corresponding data element TAGFg in Talented and Gifted Download and Submission File
• Removed the previously reported Talented and Gifted fields - Intellectually Gifted, Academically Talented Reading, Academically Talented Math, Potentially TAG. Creative Ability, Leadership Ability and Visual/ Performing Arts Ability, from the Talented and Gifted Download and Submission File.
• Added warning to be shown in the error logs if the Talent and Gifted Flag is not selected on the OR Talented and Gifted District Defined page, and we have active vectors for the student on any of program vectors Intellectually Gifted, Academically Talented Reading, Academically Talented Math or Potentially TAG,
• Added a new data element Additional Language Code to the SSID Download and submission file.
• Added a warning to show if the Additional Language Code is not a valid State code equivalent value.

Added the codes: 02158 - Quantitative Reasoning and 13104 - Mechatronics to the Course Catalog NCES Code validation table and Mark Reporting state course.
Retired the codes: 02131 - IB Mathematical Studies, 02132 - IB Mathematics, 02134 - IB Further Mathematics, and 22111 - IB Approaches to Learning from the Course Catalog NCES Code validation table and Mark Reporting state course.
