Use this page to enter the student's workplace experience hours completed and verified based on state guidelines. The Ohio Graduation Requirements Calculation counts hours toward criteria for fulfilling a valid graduation pathway. To meet the workplace experience requirement, the student needs 250 hours earned. The Ohio Graduation Requirements Calculation validates the total hours when determining if the student meets the workplace experience criteria.

Each row is a separate record. For a given row, enter the following:

• School Year when the student completed the hours.
• Date when the student completed the hours.
• Number of Hours the student completed.
• Comments related to the student's workplace experience.
