Use this page to enter the student's community service hours completed and verified based on state guidelines. The Ohio Graduation Requirements Calculation counts hours toward criteria for fulfilling a valid graduation pathway. To meet the community service requirement, the student needs 120 hours earned during senior year. The Ohio Graduation Requirements Calculation validates the total hours and the year they are earned when determining if the student meets the community service criteria.

Each row is a separate record. For a given row, enter the following:

• School Year when the student completed the service hours.
• Date when the student completed the hours.
• Number of Hours the student completed.
• Comments related to the student's community service.
