Graduate Only Student Test Record

Use the Graduate Only Student Test Record page to enter information for individuals who have passed the OGT requirements and been awarded a diploma by the district, but have never been enrolled in the district. This page allows you to enter all of the required data for the EMIS Graduation Only Test (GP) record.
The EMIS Student/Course Download will pull data directly from the information entered here based on the diploma date to populate the Graduate Only download table. Note that this page is the only place you will be able to maintain and view this data. Because there is no Registration record for these students, you will not be able to see the information on the EMIS Student Summary page, even though it will be stored in the download table and included in the EMIS file submission.

| School Year (GP020) | Enter the ending school year for the EMIS Fiscal Year in which you want to include the record for Submission G. |
| Period (GP030) | Select G for the Graduates EMIS Reporting Period. |
| Courses Completed Date (GP090) | Enter the date when the student completed course requirements. |
| Courses Completed IRN (GP100) | Enter the IRN of the district in which the student completed the course requirements for a diploma. |
| Building IRN | IRN of the building that awarded the diploma to the student. |
| Diploma Date (GP160) | Enter the date when the student received a diploma. |
| EMIS Student ID (GP050) | Enter the locally determined EMIS student ID. |
| Gender (GP070) | Select the student's gender. |
| Reading Score (GP110) | The most recent outcome achieved by the student in Reading Test. Note: The Score fields (GP110 thru GP150) indicate the most recent outcome achieved by the student in the specified subject areas. The options are:

| Writing Score (GP120) | The most recent outcome achieved by the student in Writing Test. |
| Math Score (GP130) | The most recent outcome achieved by the student in Mathematics Test. |
| Social Studies Score (GP140) | The most recent outcome achieved by the student in Social Studies/Citizenship Test. |
| Science Score (GP150) | The most recent outcome achieved by the student in Science Test. |
| Reading Scaled Score (GP170) | The latest Reading Scaled Score achieved by the student. Note: The Scaled Score fields (GP170 thru GP210) allow you to enter ranges from 000-999 or INV for students whose test was invalidated. |
| Writing Scaled Score (GP180) | The latest Writing Scaled Score achieved by the student. |
| Math Scaled Score (GP190) | The latest Mathematics Scaled Score achieved by the student. |
| Social Studies Scaled Score (GP200) | The latest Social Studies/Citizenship Scaled Score achieved by the student. |
| Science Scaled Score (GP210) | The latest Science Scaled Score achieved by the student. |
| Racial/Ethnic Group (GP080) | Select the racial/ethnic group to which the student belongs or with which the student identifies. |
| SSID (GP220) | State assigned unique identifier. First, middle, and last name will be combined in the download into one field, with the appropriate formatting for EMIS element GP060. |
