Menu path: Select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select EMIS Student Attribute – No Date.

| LEP Reclassification Date (FN210) | If a student is reclassified, enter the date on which the student is considered "no longer LEP". |
| OGT Graduation Alternative (FN120) | Select the code that identifies that passage on one graduation test was met using the alternative criteria. This information should only be reported for graduates. |
| Retained Status (FN070) | Select if a student was retained at the end of a school year and whether he/she will advance to the next grade level. This field is date tracked. |
| Non-Attending Reason override (FN060) | If you want to override the system calculation for non-attending reason, select the non-attending reason to report for a student. The non-attending reason is reported if a student is absent all days of the count week and indicates the reason that a student should be counted despite absences. If this field is blank, the non-attending reason is calculated based on the absences entered for the student for the count week. The Non-Attending Reason validation table is used to determine the code to report for local absence codes. |
| ECO/FIN Literacy Requirement (FN240) | Checked if a student has met the CORE Economics and Financial Literacy Requirement. Unchecked indicates that your district has not determined if the student met requirements or that the student did not meet the requirements. |
| Fine Arts Requirement (FN250) | Checked if a student has met the CORE Fine Arts Requirement. Unchecked indicates that your district has not determined if the student met requirements or that the student did not meet the requirements. |
| Exempted from PE Requirement (FN260) | Checked if the district has adopted a policy to exempt certain students from the Physical Education graduation credit requirement and the student has met the policy's requirements. |
| LRE Outcome (Dec 1) (FN270) | Select the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) outcome as of December 1 for a student whose IEP currently on file with ODE does not reflect the current LRE for a student with a disability. Refer to the EMIS Manual for detailed information about when this element must be reported. |
| CTE Concentration (FN290) | The primary CTE Workforce Development Program for which a student has met the requirements to be considered a concentrator. A "CTE Concentrator" is a secondary student who has completed a minimum of 50% of the high school credits allowed for a single career and technical education (CTE) workforce development program (e.g., health sciences or marketing), and has enrolled for additional credit at the secondary level. | CORE Grad Req Exemption Code (FN300) | OH CORE exemption status of the student. Used for the students who have not opted out of Ohio CORE requirements and for student who began 9th grade prior to July 1, 2010. |
| Milit Compact Grad Alt Count (FN310) | Enter the number of Ohio graduation assessments that the student is NOT required to pass in Ohio to graduate, using the military compact alternative criteria. |
| CORE Grad Req Exemption Date (FN320) | Enter the date the CORE Graduation Exemption is determined. |
| CORE Grad Req Met (FN330) | Checked if the CORE Graduation requirement has been met. |
| Expected Graduation Date (FN340) | Enter the date the student is expected to graduate. |
| Admission to Current HS Date (FN350) | Enter the date of the student's first day of attendance at current high school. |
| Math Diagnostic Result Code (FN360) | Used only for students in Grades 1 and 2. This is a date-tracked field. Select the appropriate code and enter the Start Date. All other students should be marked 'Not Required'. |
| Reading Diagnostic Result Code (FN370) | Used only for students in Grades K-3. This is a date-tracked field. Select the appropriate code and enter the Start Date. All other students should be marked 'Not Required'. |
| Writing Diagnostic Result Code (FN380) | Used only for students in Grades 1-3. This is a date-tracked field. Select the appropriate code and enter the Start Date. All other students should be marked 'Not Required'. |
| IRN Attnd Last Oct FLICS (FN400) | Select the IRN of the school district where the student resided during the October Count week of the previous year. This field is only to be completed by community schools/STEM schools for students who were not enrolled in an Ohio EMIS reporting entity the prior year or for situations where the current school determines that the IRN for the prior year is incorrect. |
