EMIS Program Data Generation

Using the EMIS Program Data Generation Utility

  1. Enter the criteria to select a group of students. You may search by Program Start Date, EMIS Program (required), Employee ID, Provider IRN, and Program Exit Date.
  2. Review the list of students shown from the search and verify the correct students were selected.
  3. If any students should not be selected, check the Remove box and then click Delete.
  4. Enter the information in the above fields that you wish to generate for the list of students you have selected. The only required field is the EMIS Program field. All other fields are optional.
  5. Click Run.
  6. This will produce the Generate EMIS Programs Data log. Review the log to verify all the correct changes have been made. If a student has an existing record for the EMIS Program, it will not be replaced.

Note: Processing is limited to a maximum of 5000 records. We recommend you refine your search as much as possible when selecting the criteria to find the selected group of students.
