Enter the testing information for the local district-wide assessments tests for which your district needs to report headcount information required by the state. This information is reported in the District Testing - Yearend Record (DT).

Select the grade level of the students who were required to take the assessment. |

Enter the locally determined number for an assessment. If multiple grades were required to take the same assessment, use the same local assessment number. Valid values: 0-9999 |

# of Students Taking Test (DT070) |
Enter the number of students to whom this assessment was actually administered. Valid values: 0-9999 |

Assessed Students With Dis. (DT080) |
Enter the number of students with disabilities in the grade level who took the assessment. Valid values: 0-9999 |

Administered w/ Accommodations (DT090) |
Checked if accommodations/modifications were available for students with disabilities. |

Accommodations Headcount (DT100) |
Enter the number of students with disabilities who took the assessment with accommodations /modifications. Valid values: 0-9999 |

Alt Assessments Provided (DT110) |
Checked if alternate assessments were available for students with disabilities who cannot participate, even with accommodations/ modifications. |

Alt Assessments Headcount (DT120) |
Enter the number of students with disabilities who took an alternate assessment. Valid values: 0-9999 |
