The Graduation Date and Diploma Type fields are reported as part of the Student Attributes – No Date record.
| Fields | Description |

| Diploma Type (FN100) | The type of diploma received by the graduating student. |
| Graduation Date (FN090) | Date the student graduated from school. The Graduate submission includes records where the student's graduation date is within the download prompts. If you want to exclude the student from the Graduate Submission, enter a check in the Exclude from EMIS box on the EMIS Student Standing page. |
| Ninth Grade Fiscal Year Over (FN110) | For students for whom you do not have entry/withdrawal records for ninth grade, enter the fiscal year to report the year which the student first began ninth grade. |
