Student Digital Access Details
Menu path: Select Registration from the main menu, select Entry & Reports submenu, select Student District Defined, and then select Digital Access Details.
Make sure that you update the following fields that are used for the Student Digital Access report in the NY Student Download page (menu path: select Regulatory from the main menu, select Downloads submenu, select Downloads, and then select NY Student Downloads) and the NY Student Extract page (menu path: select Regulatory from the main menu, select Extracts submenu, select Extracts, and then select NY Student Extract).
