NY Student Download and NY Student Extract

• Added the program service code 4047 - Smart Transfer for the HEDUC Program.

• Removed the program codes 4026 and 4027 in the Programs Fact download/submission file.

• Added blank value for the Program Duration field in the Programs Fact download/submission file.

• Added the following business rule to the Student Credit GPA file:

  • Student Credit GPA file is required for NYS P-TECH (4026), NYC P-TECH (4027), Smart Scholars (4037), or Smart Transfers (4047) program students: otherwise, the error message: Student ID: XXX: The NYS P-TECH (4026), NYC P-TECH (4027), Smart Scholars (4037), or Smart Transfers (4047) program is required for the Student Credit GPA file is populated.

NY SSEC Report

Implemented the 2022-2023 NY SSEC Report changes and updated Part 1 Number of Unduplicated Student Offenders for Serious Incidents (nn row) – to include only student incidents with Homicide, Sexual Offense, Assault, and Weapons Possession for the total count. Part 5 Weapon Type and Fire-Arms-Related Offenses and Suspensions - to count the student only once if they have the same Weapon and Offense Action code with multiple/different incidents.

• Added 11 new course codes for the year 2023.
