The following table shows field numbers, field names, the eSchoolPlus Tables and Columns, and where the data is coming from in eSchoolPlus for the Partner Project Fact file.
Partner Project Fact Processing Rules
The rules apply to the fields: Program Selection Criteria 1, Internship/Apprenticeship Name, Paid Internship Indicator, and Post Project Job Title. The Partner Project Fact processing stops when these rules return the following error messages:
Program Selection Criteria 1 is required when a student is enrolled in any of these programs (4026, 4037, or 4047).
Internship/Apprenticeship Name is required when the Internship/Apprenticeship Type Code is reported.
Paid Internship Indicator value should be Yes or No when the Internship/Apprenticeship Type Code is reported.
Post Project Job Title is required when the Post Project Employee Name is reported.
